1. Return and Refund Policy Eligibility Window

Our standard return and refund policy offers a strict 15-day validity period. Specifically, if 15 days pass since your delivery date, we can no longer offer a refund or product exchange. In addition, an item must remain unused, undamaged, and packaged in its original form to qualify for a return. Therefore, buyers must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return. Please do not send your items back to the shipping address listed on your package label without contacting us first.

2. Return and Refund Policy Processing Details

If you receive a faulty or defective item, you may request a return within 15 days of receipt. Once our team receives and inspects your returned product, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. Furthermore, we will notify you whether our team approves or declines your refund. If approved, we will issue your refund within 5 business days, and your original credit card or payment provider will apply the credit automatically within another 5 business days.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, we only grant partial refunds. For example, we do not issue full refunds for items with missing parts due to buyer error or products returned after the 15-day window.
Sale Items: As a general rule, we only refund regular-priced items from our Sleep Token Merch shop page. However, we may review exceptions for sale items on a case-by-case basis.
Defective Product Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, our team will happily replace it. Additionally, we cover exchanges for items that arrive broken in transit.

3. Late or Lost Refunds

If you have not received an expected refund yet, please verify your bank account details first. Next, contact your credit card company, as institutions often require a short processing period before officially posting funds. However, if you complete all of these steps and still have not received your money, please reach out directly through our contact support page.

4. Return Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all outgoing orders. However, buyers assume full responsibility for paying any return shipping fees required to send items back to us. Consequently, we do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Furthermore, if you live in a remote area, exchange delivery times may take longer. As a result, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee delivery of returned parcels.

5. Order Cancellation and Modification Terms

Customers may request order cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of placing their purchase. However, we charge a mandatory $10.00 USD restocking fee for all cancellations. In addition, our automated system processes orders continuously day and night, so we cannot guarantee cancellation requests submitted after the 24-hour mark.
